After a few chapters, I started to feel regret not picking this book up sooner. It was everything I was looking for in a romantasy - it delivered that plus more. I highlighted so much passages, conversations exchanged, one liners that I feel like I marked the whole book. I was hooked and I cannot wait to start the next one.

loved the whole promise of this book and it was so fun to read however i can see why lots of people say the indie published version was better - i felt like there were some scenes that were a bit confusing/ out of place and the ending was a little bit cringey….. but i still found this to be super enjoyable on the whole !

I absolutely loved this book! Elowen was a great FMC. She is feisty and set on being reunited with her five dragons that she forcibly taken away from. Cayden becomes a reluctant Allie who vowed to help bring them back together if she assists them with the war.
The sparks between these two were definitely my favorite part of the book. The banter and tension were incredible! I was swooning over so many things Cayden said throughout the second half of this book. He is definitely joining my list of favorite book boyfriends. This book also has great side characters who you will absolutely fall in love with.
If you are looking for your next dragon book then you definitely need to add this one to your TBR!

I was interested in seeing what happened but the writing style didn't do it for me. I saw it was originally self published so the whole time I read it I lamented to myself that she just needed a good editor... only to see her thank her editor at the end... eek.

First off this book was way too long. Secondly, we get it Elowyn -Cayden is a great boyfriend and perfect you didn’t need to remind me every damn page
