I really didn't want to give this just 3 stars but I just couldn't give it anymore. I have enjoyed all of Kristen Proby's past books but this one was lacking to me. I even told my husband that at times it was super corny.

I really liked the main characters, Sienna and Owen. Both are lawyers on different sides of a deed dispute. They both crossed lines and began a romance as they went through all her family's old papers looking for documents.

I have to admit the ending was a bit of a shocker and I did get my HEA.

Kristen Proby is one of my go-to authors. If I'm in a slump? I just pull up any one of her books, and it will fill the gap. So I'm always on the lookout for more new material from her. All It Takes, the second book in her Romancing Manhattan series, was just what I was looking for!

Lawyer Sienna Hendricks' grandfather has just passed away and left a chunk of money to each of his children and grandchildren. The rest was left to a church and a plot of land left to the city to remain as a park. The land becomes controversial when a man comes forward claiming that his family is the rightful owner. This brings lawyer Quinn Cavanaugh into the picture. Sienna and Quinn are on opposites sides, but must work together to find the truth about the land. But right from the beginning, their chemistry is put to the test.

The Romancing Manhattan series is a bit different than many other books by Kristen Proby. There's more of an element of deceit and mystery surrounding these characters. I really like that! As usual, the writing is done very well, and the characters are lovable. I will say that I wish there had been just a little more at the end. Everything seemed to come together a little quickly- maybe if there had been an epilogue later in the future, that would have sufficed. I do, however, know that there is more to come in this series, therefore, there will be more of Quinn and Sienna.

I look forward to Carter's story!!

I liked it but some things just didn’t add up for me. Like how does Quinn go from being a control freak who goes to his moms ever single night to not talking about her or gong to see her at all, especially with what is happening with her? How does Louise go from a total flake to running a successful event planning business? Just seemed like a lot of holes.

I thought this was another good book in the series. Really liked the dynamic between the two main leads. It just was your typical romance now a days.

I really like Kristen’s characters and was excited to continue this series. I had read the first one a while ago, so I had to refresh my memory on the storyline but I got drawn in pretty quickly. I liked how these characters fell in love. I like the lawyer dynamic and am excited to see what happens to the third brother (in law).

While it was a fun ride, and nice to revisit the characters from the first book in the series, I didn’t enjoy this one as much as I did the first. Will I go for the next book in the series? Probably—because I love Joe Arden & Abby Crayden as narrators.

In All it Takes Kristen Proby delivers yet another sexy and heartwarming contemporary romance. I read the book in a single day; I was hooked from the first page. The story unfolds at a steady pace and a well-developed subplot provides a hint of drama and suspense without overshadowing the main storyline.

Proby has once again created amazing, real, and authentic characters. I love the emotion and depth that she is able to create in her characters and her skill for writing dialogue is evident in the banter between Quinn and Sienna. I loved Finn and London but I might love Quinn and Sienna more. They complemented each other so well; Quinn encouraged Sienna to go outside her comfort zone and Sienna showed Quinn the benefits of making room in your life for more than just work.

This book can be read as a standalone and is told in dual POV. Fans of the first book in the series will be happy that we get to catch up with Finn and London.

This book did not disappoint and I would absolutely recommend it to others.
