"it is so easy for people to have sympathy with suffering. it is so difficult for them to have sympathy with thought."

this book is like someone published Oscar Wilde's entire train of thought for an entire week. he is literally the thought daughter and gay son all in one person.

it contains so many perspectives and aspects to think through and i think this is one of the books that would make me go back whenever i need to motivate or criticize myself.

i also read some passages that were already written in "The Picture of Dorian Gray" and it reminded me so much of Henry. the arrogance, the cynicism, it's all there!

"most people are other people. their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."

so much food for thought!

Whoever said that this book was like if Oscar Wilde had Twitter was so right. As with Twitter, some great takes and some not so great ones

this man has an opinion about everything and i love it.

This is not a book to like or dislike. This is a book to amuse yourself over breakfast whilst an author amuses himself as well.

This man was witty as hell and I love it.
