I really liked this 3-chaptered short story ! I love seeing Crane show emotion. I love Stephen finding discreet ways to comfort him.

4 Stars!
There’s something about Crane and Stephen and this world they occupy that pushes a lot of buttons for me. There’s magic, forbidden and hidden love, and the feels that run oh so deep. I’m quite upset that there’s only 2 stories left and it’s an internal dilemma as to whether to avoid the inevitable or go forward to indulge in more of these two. *grumbles*
Regardless, this is definitely a favorite series for sure!
