A fun book that had so many petty little arguments, one-upmanship, and short lived 'hate'. I enjoyed the characters, they were distinct and both charming in their own ways. I liked that they did develop and change slightly as the book went on but they were still recognisable as themselves. They made a cute little family and I loved how much they cared about each others boys.

I did think the change from 'hate' to being wildly attracted to each other happened very quickly and was a little jarring with how it was done but once I had gotten used to it, I really liked them together. There were some funny and saucy moments but generally it was just a really nice book that felt like a bit of a second chance for both of them. They brought out the best in each other and balanced each other out.

Also, didn't realise some people take scouts so seriously.
