Buckle up, folks, because "The Serial Killer's Wife" by Alice Hunter is like a rollercoaster ride through a funhouse of twists and turns.

Clocking in at a solid 3.5, maybe even edging towards a 4, this book had me hooked like a fish on a line. Sure, the characters might not win any popularity contests, but who needs likable when you've got a plot that keeps you on the edge of your seat?

And speaking of plot twists, there was one that blindsided me like a rogue wave at the beach. Kudos to Hunter for keeping me guessing!

So, if you're in the market for a gripping read with a side of shady characters, look no further. And hey, if you dig this one, "The Serial Killer's Daughter" might just be your next obsession…

I finished The Serial Killer’s Wife a couple days ago and have been thinking about it since! I read it in a couple of sittings, it was hard to put down. It gave me Dexter vibes immediately as is it was going to be told from the perspective of his wife and it did not disappoint! Was not expecting the ending

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fast paced thriller. Thank you to Netgalley and Harper Collins for the free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Very gripping, read very quickly, wasn’t expecting the ending. At times felt a bit slow and not a lot happening, then the end felt a bit rushed but overall good and better than the last few I’ve read.
