This is a delightful picture book for younger children. I haven't yet read it to my son, but I know he's going to love it. The pictures are realistic and sweet using broad swathes of color, but not too bright ones, more earthy, easy on the eyes. The story is of a little boy who has befriended and enjoys playing with the ants outside. His mom is not a fan, that is, until an earthquake hits...
