Jam-packed full of great content influenced by Stephen King, beginning with Stephen Graham Jones's "The Spindly Man" (I LOVE this story, ever since I first read it in his collection), a great tale by Bev Vincent, and a creepy story from Kaaron Warren. There are also fantastic articles from frequent King collaborators Richard Chizmar and Charles Ardai, offering insight into how they came to work with him. Another two articles, by Tracy Robinson and Cassie Daley, feature two of my favourite King stories, The Stand and The Dark Half (an underrated gem), respectively. Add two funny and entertaining instalments of Danger Slater's "Danger's Failed Film Pitches" specifically relating to King's work, and another inspiring entry from editor Eddie Generous entitled "Too Stubborn to Quit", as well as a wonderful cover image by multi-talented Generous, and this issue is as near to perfect as it can get.
