Probably 3-3.5 stars. I liked it and it was a nice break from more serious books. But it's definitely a tween book, so perhaps not for everyone. Still, as silly as some of it was, I enjoyed the story and the adventure. As long as you're not looking for serious writing, it's a fun and quick read. I enjoyed it enough that I will likely check out the rest of the series. I think younger readers would probably enjoy it even more.

I definitely am reminded of why I loved these books as a kid! It was definitely way more YA leaning so I was able to breeze through it, but I definitely enjoyed it! Loved seeing the dynamic between Cammie and her friends, and I’m so curious to see if Josh is hiding something.
Cameron’s boarding school has a public face and a private face. To the world these are spoiled snotty rich girls. To the instructors and the students these are genius, talented spies in training. This year Cameron begins her special ops training and the subject of her independent project is plain old ordinary hottie Josh.
Spy school...what's not to love about that? Add in a hot guy and a crew of super-genius friends and you have the makings for a fun beach read. Fun…fun…and more fun!
Oh my wow! I loved this book in its entirety, it was so good. I honestly couldn't put it down for more than 10 minutes. I love all of the training methods they have to go through, if only there were a school like that. Very good writing, in my opinion.

It's a thrilling first book that shows that even though they're spies, they're humans too. Full of mystery, romance, friendship, adventure, and of course, action.
