Christi Caldwell never, ever lets me down. When I’m reading something that I don’t particularly like or I’m tired and I want to relax, I turn to one of Christi’s books and I’m never disappointed. I loved the romantic side of this tale and the emotional steamy bits. It’s a shorter book, but it’s perfect. It never drags on, it goes straight to the point, which is the gorgeous love story between the two characters. Lettie is a wonderful heroine, full of life and love to give and Anthony is exactly the type of hero I like, broody and with a slightly dark past. Perfection as always.
