A great second book in this series! My kids love this series as well -- such a fun middle grade story. Dragons and machinery and air ships and some great characters as well!

I like this one better than the 1st.

Another solid middle-grade read. The pacing still felt off to me (sometimes it was a slog, other times I was anxious to keep reading), and some of those twist I saw coming a mile away, but the world Savage is building is expanding nicely, and it was certainly interesting to explore a new civilization, for lack of a better word. If you liked the first, you'll like the second. ARC provided by Net Galley.
