I recommend this book to everyone! Especially if you struggle with feeling guilty for not being productive every second of your life.
Deeply appreciated the deconstruction of recent history and culture that has led us to these lifestyles, and the merge of both micro and macro lenses. I appreciate that she didn't oversimplify this complex issue into a simple self help book, and instead presented information for the reader to mull over. I learned a lot! Highly recommend.

Interesting history of how we got here, but much of it feels like it’s been done before. These days anything that feels like “how to” or self-improvement doesn’t hold much appeal. I’ve been down too many of those roads already, perhaps, and am already part of the choir they’re preaching to.
