IK GA NIE LIEGEN - I felt it all.

It sucks.
Want over het algemeen: I LOVED IT.

And as much as I hate to admit, I grew to like Zade. I might love him. Ok. Leave me alone.

I have to say this took me so much longer to read as I needed brakes from it as the first part of this book was so horrific as addie was being raped and beaten that it was hard reading but once zade saved her it got better as she fought her way back and continued to fight back by taking control. Zade is one very twisted fellow and should be in a instute for the insane but he dose save so many from a live in the sex trade.
I would like to know more about about sibby as I think her story would be great.

Well this book certainly was a journey through the depths of human depravity — what a ride — highly disturbing yet in put downable — TRIGGER WARNINGS — hunting Adeline is no joke — there’s all kinds of fucked up, heavy shit, all through this book — there was 1 scene I had to skim over because it’s one of my known triggers — but I was aware of this before I started reading and knew I’d be fine with skimming over it — Adeline goes through absolute hell — and zade burns it all fucking down to rescue her — as unhinged as this book is — it was also really beautiful — in a completely twisted and fucked up way — but still beautiful — the way zade helps addie process her trauma really propels addie into embracing her darkness and taking control — there’s some absolutely insane spicy scenes — who am I kidding, they’re all bonkers — and there’s a lot of them — and our favourite little psycho Sybil brings a bit of levity to the read — as confronting and dark as this book is I still completely loved it — HD Carlton was really able to capture and portray the beauty in the darkness that is zade and Adeline’s relationship

Borderline traumatic at times. However a fitting end. I feel parts of it were rushed over.
