Lucy (h) moves to Screamer/ing Woods into a house next door to Bruce (H), a minotaur, with horns, gold ring through the nose, tail and hooves. For the first time in years, Bruce finds himself attracted to a woman but is convinces that she couldn’t be interested in a minotaur like him. As the pair gets to know one another, things get ultra-hot and steamy, though as the full moon approaches Bruce worries what his minotaur will do. Hot and steamy monster romantic quickie with chasing, imprinting, breeding kink and more.

I have questions...
So there where a couple of scenes in the book that didn't make sense. The overall story was cute. Spice was a 1.
On page "68" she wrote that Bruce "tears off the remnants of his human clothing." Then on page "70" she writes, "Then I feel her hands at my hips. She's digging in my pocket". I thought he was naked. This has me confused. When did he put back on clothes?
Also I don't understand how his mother, is his cousins grandmother.

4.5 stars. Lucy, the female human lead, has been frustrated by all the partying going on at her next door neighbour’s house. Desperate for sleep, she marches over one night and is shocked when Bruce, the male minotaur lead, drags her into his house, shuts down the party, and proceeds to be friendly. He establishes friendship with her, already knowing he needs/wants more…
This short story is dual POV, well written, and a cute and sexy (yes, it’s possible), over-the-top, instalove romance. I enjoyed Lucy’s verve and self-confidence. I enjoyed Bruce’s self-rediscovery of his own needs and wants. I enjoyed their interactions intimate scenes. I would have liked if the story was longer.
I received a complimentary copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
