'tis actually qualified as a self-help book, but since it's designed like a book with spells to try out for those who wants to feel a bit witchy, I'll give this book the benefit of the doubt. •
Honestly it's not that amazing of a book, because literally this book is just chock-full of "spells" with some tidbits story from the authors which made the book felt a bit personal and close to the readers. But I'm not complaining, because I think if you're gonna spend time reading a self-help book and try their tips, might as well make it a fun one like this book did. •

I loved this book. I found it super inspiring and fun. It made me want to invoke the power of my own personal style and starting doing my own spells for healing, confidence, and empowerment.
I liked that the authors made a genuine effort to be inclusive on non-binary, trans, queer and not-uber-feminine folks. That being said, it still felt pretty apparent that this book was written by cis, hetero women and was often directed at that audience.

I would say this book is helpful for those who are older teens to young adults, who are curious about or just beginning witchcraft.

This book is easy to read, charming, and while not strictly an intermediate (somewhat newbie friendly) book, I would say that it has a good amount of fresh takes and touches on the life with activism very briefly.

I bought this book 1) because I wanted to get an introduction to modern witchcraft and 2) for the pretty cover. Although the authors tried to provide some, although painfully limited, historical background to the art of magick, I felt more like reading a Tumblr blog than a real book. Safe to say I'm fairly disappointed, but then again I probably expected too much. For anyone looking into the actual practice of witchcraft, you'll get more information from Wikipedia.
