I liked this run so much. Matt Fraction is an extremely hard act to follow but Kelly Thompson and the team did such a good job of maintaining the style while going their own way. Kate Bishop is gr8 - I really hope Marvel brings back a solo series for her after West Coast Avengers inevitably gets cancelled.

wow that was REALLY GOOD! i love the dynamic here - clint doesn't really feel like kate's mentor, they act more like equals and he clearly respects and trusts her so that's pretty neat. this volume ended with a massive plot twist and i think they were planning on renewing the series but it got cancelled so..kinda disappointed that i won't get to find out what the deal was with a certain character kate was searching for.

This is yet another story published by the Marvel conglomerate. This was the first Marvel graphic novel that I have read (I’ve watched most of the movies however). This book starts in an interesting way when we’re introduced to the present Hawkeye meeting up with the future Hawkeye in a parallel world. We are then moved to the present time where we follow the story of the current Hawkeye who is also mentored by Hawkeye (they are called the two Hawkeyes). This may sound confusing but it doesn’t read that way. It’s actually a really fun, and quick read enhanced with great pictures. Well worth the effort to finish the story. Recommend for fans of Marvel as well as anyone who likes books about time travel etc.

Easily the weakest couple issues of the run, but still a great show, and i love seeing clint in romero's art style

More excellent writing by Kelly Thompson. She brings in the 'old' Hawkeye for a bit of crossover, but he doesn't take over the story like I've seen in other comics that are supposed to be featuring a woman. PLEASE tell me this isn't the last Kate Bishop comic! These are just too delightful to only have 3!

I'm really sorry to have reached the end of this Hawkeye run! Kate Bishop is one of my favorite heroes--her badassery, snark, and relatability make her a very entertaining protagonist. And the banter and familial affection between her and Clint when they work together, as they do throughout this volume, makes for a really fun dynamic.

This collected edition starts off with an issue of Generations, which confused me for a hot sec, but it does tie into the plot of the following Hawkeye issues, so I appreciated its inclusion in the volume.

Loved seeing Kate and Clint work together again. Loved Kate’s backstory and her mom issues, especially because we all know Amerikate is my endgame, and both America and Kate had solo runs dealing with their family and mothers. I think Thompson did a good job with this run, though I’m not sure who my favorite Kate write is, still.
