I like that this book unapologetically names the violence inherent in manufacturing vulnerability. And the book differentiates between the unnecessary and nameless violence of the oppressor and the necessary struggle required for liberation.

I'm writing this review a few months after finishing the book. I remember liking the book, but I don't remember any specific part blowing me away. If you're already politically radical, this book and its conclusions won't wow you; it'll simply reaffirm everything that you likely already believe.

This book would make a perfect gift for the Kate Manne loving, "voting will save us" type of liberal feminist in your life, however.

Succinct outline of the theory and application transnational feminism. V intersectional, only really included trans/nb stuff in the conclusion but tbh I’m
Impressed by how much ground was covered in a nuanced way in a short book
