Last book from the « Harari trilogy », I have to say that I am very satisfied with it. It is usually not the type of book I normally read, but it’s so well written, and full of great ideas, that am almost asking for more. I totally get the « controversial » side of this book (and the two others), namely because it talks a lot about religion, politics and current (or less current) events … But we desperately need to be taken down a peg or two, sometimes, especially in the internet era, where disinformation and disinterest is a true issue. Just for it, these books, particularly this one, are worth it.

This book challenges readers to think critically and consider multiple perspectives. Those with strongly polarized viewpoints may find it difficult to remain open-minded while reading.

This may be the first book I have purchased on the day it was released. I was not disappointed and enjoyed the book as much as sapiens and homo deus. My favorite chapter was "secularism". The whole book drew on the other two books and it was nice having the background of the previous books, but it also stood well on it's own. I also enjoyed the added first person narrative on several places throughout the book.
