i almost rated this book 5 stars but there were a few things that i wish were better. overall it was such an easy read *i read it in one day* and i really like the writing. definitely a good summer read and i would definitely recommend!

I was in the middle of reading a very heavy book and really needed to take a (reading) mental health break. I also wanted to squeeze in one more beach read before summer was over. The Layover was that perfect read - quick yet also satisfying. Bonus points for the beautiful cover.
