it was cute and a fun read. it was nice having a flight attendant for an author but as a flight attendant myself it gave a bit of a negative light about the lifestyle and job in the beginning that made it a little hard to get into

The cutest fluffy romance ever ! The love interest is just my cup of tea but the MC seems to over exaggerate her experiences which irked my nerves a lil’ bit but not enough to ruin the great plot of the book. I don’t think it’s writing flaw but just how the character is supposed to be. It’s not spicy at all (which I look for in every romance I read) but the pacing of the book kept me hooked enough to not be disappointed in the lack of

Lacie is a great writer. I tend to remember her books very vividly which is a great sign. This book was good but I loved her other book “from the jump” more, that one was 5 stars.

I enjoyed this summery enemies-to-lovers romance. I will say the premise and time frame of the story feel pretty unrealistic, but if you can suspend your disbelief a bit, the rest of the story is pretty enjoyable. The characters are fun and lovable, the setting is beautiful, and the small details (like the beautiful yellow dress) make the story shine. I have always loved flying and airports, so the setting was especially appealing to me. I also really enjoyed the growth in the main character, Ava, as the story progressed. This would be the perfect romance to read on a long flight!
