An amazing text that really lives up to the mode of an epic! The narratives explored within the overarching story are fascinating, exciting and enjoyable reads and the main plot is perfectly executed. Only brought down a little by some convoluted areas that felt overstayed their welcome at times.

One of my favourite stories that I was finally able to read for real, enjoyed every second, the description and imagery is quality. The only criticism is that I feel the deep detail and description can sometimes take away from the focus of the the story and make it difficult to follow/stay on track if you’re not completely zoned in and taking mental notes! Overall, a minor issue but nothing groundbreaking - my favourite read of 2025 so far.
