A Little Hatred

Loved the first trilogy, then loved the three standalone books.

Now we’re back with a second trilogy! I’ve not much to say except this series, in this world, just does NOT let up.

Not sure what I’ll do once I finish it.

4.5 Almost want to give it a lower rating cause the plot wasn’t my favorite but the characters brought it up. If the plot was better it could’ve been a 5.

Oh you know how much I love next generation shit like that

While this book takes place a few decades after the last one, it draws heavily on all of the characters from the previous 6 books.

I really loved this, it's great to see where they all ended up, and how they all get tangled together

Ambercrombie does character development like no other, I love seeing how all of the characters move and change, and I really want to see where this ends up.

Unlike the first trilogy, book 1 actually has interesting things happen in it, and the writing style has a great mix of cynicism and humour..

I'd really recommend this book, but while it's possible to start here, it's much better if you've read the other 6 books.

The industrial revolution arrives, and it's ugly. Brutally cynical & vicious, yet somehow lighthearted.
