Great book. My brother recommended this book to me and I was pleasantly surprised. I was a little turned off by the cover (to me it looks like some historical fiction about WW2)But I was immediately pulled in by the voice the emanates throughout the entire book. Zoe is an entirely rateable and believable character. She had a strong voice and a strong mind throughout the book. Though she has a boyfriend the relationship is not

I don’t understand why they tried to reboot this series as a YA book.

Whilst the ending is good and the extra depth is welcome as a fan of the universe, I really struggled to finish this one. Repeating the story of the previous book is a hard sell and the first half of the book wasn't new enough for me

🎧 -  It was an excellent companion book to book 3. I think it would have been better numbered as 3.1 or 3.5, book 4 just feels disingenuous as it’s not really new story. It was fun following Zoe’s adventure.

This was fine, a rehash of book 3 from Zoe's point of view. I liked seeing some of the scenes differently but overall I liked book 3 better.
