The premise of this book is super interesting, she totally got me with the ending, AND it's both Hercule Poirot and Ariadne Oliver. The best

Agatha Christie does it again. Not my favorite out of her works, but still great nonetheless.

Had a lot of fun with this one! Really enjoyed how twisty the end was and how the reader was kept on their toes until the very end.

3.5

Agatha Christie è grandiosa! Ha smontato e rimontato più volte i sospetti e il finale è stato grandioso, per tutto il tempo ho continuato a pensare che potesse essere chiunque. Sicuramente leggerò altre sue opere con piacere.

A classic mystery full of twists to keep the reader guessing. Polished writing that is a pleasure to read.

As convoluted as usual, but without excessive plot holes and with varied, mostly interesting characters. Ann Meredith is a nice change of pace--a wishy-washy, fragile girl who actually turns out to be pretty vicious and doesn't get the hero in the end. (And that's not too much of a spoiler since it's established pretty early that all four suspects have already committed a murder in the past. The question is who killed Mr. Shaitana in the present.)
