El paciente fue un libro que me impacto. Pude ponerme en la piel del Dr. y me dio escalofríos de solo imaginar a alguno de mis hijos siendo raptado y teniendo que pasar por la tortura de esa niña. No se define como me imaginé, sino mejor.
El autor cambia de personajes antes de cada capitulo, algo que ya he presenciado en otros libros y que definitivamente me gusta. Porque incluso te quedas con la intriga de algunos hechos que acontecen al personaje en cuestion, y al cambiar, te sucede lo mismo con el otro.

The author changes characters before each chapter, something that I have already witnessed in other books and that I definitely like. Because you even stay with the intrigue of some facts that happen to the character in question, and when changing, the same thing happens with the other.

No he podido dejar de leerlo. Aunque tenga casi quinientas páginas, es tan ameno de leer que no puedes parar. Diez de diez. Mi primer Thriller, y lo recomiendo infinito.

Man kann es sich auf jeden Fall anhören und bekommt gute Unterhaltung geboten. Auch wenn ich mich am Ende etwas "zurückgelassen" fühlte und der Erzähler mir etwas zu arrogant wirkte ...
El propio autor me recomendó por Twitter que comenzara con esta novela si nunca había leído nada de él. Es cierto que la historia no es en general del tipo que me gustan y es, al final, bastante de película de sábado por la tarde, pero la manera de escribir y de relatar me ha parecido impresionante. Me mantuvo enganchada hasta el final y, como digo, es totalmente por la manera de narrar del autor. No es un género que me suela gustar (demasiada ansiedad sostenida), pero tengo ganas de leer más libros suyos solo por lo bien que escribe.
