this one was a great amount of spice and emotions.

it was hard to read for a while because of the very obvious Disney vibes but i started to be able to ignore it and power through

definitely want to continue with the series and find out more about the Kane brothers

hate that their kid is named Ailey… ugly name

I enjoyed this but it was very middle of the road.  The spice scenes were a little different than what I’ve read before and the premise of him being a billionaire because he’s theme park royalty was a nice changed of pace, but basically everything else with the story and traits of the main characters and tropes were very similar to those of billionaire romances I’ve read before.  That’s not necessarily a bad thing though! This book did that trope well, it just wasn’t ground breaking.  I did appreciate the side characters with disabilities and that the fmc is a poc!  A nice story and I will probably read the rest of the series once the audio books are released!

I quite liked this book. It was quite slow I thought like near the start to the middle but the end was fast paced which I liked. I like the epilogue and the fact it had a extended epilogue loved that. I liked the grumpy and sunshine trope. Loved how it gave you both pov. The character were all great

I loved this book, Zahra is fantastic. Rowan has moments that frustrate me so much but you can't help but like him.

At the 50% mark, I wanted to DFW this book but damn I’m glad I stayed with it. Although I didn’t like the MMC, Rowan, at all in the beginning, he really had a massive character glow up in the second half of this book. I was so grateful he evolved instead of having the author rationalize or excuse his shitty behavior. He was down bad for Zarah and the epilogues gave him the final developments he needed. Also, His groveling was more than just a single apology or brief grande gesture. Given that “show versus tell” was an ongoing theme, I loved how he ultimately won Zarah back and make it count for so many people besides the two of them.

this story started off slow but the disability representation really sealed the deal for me! it was well done, didn’t milk it just to further the plot, and invoked the conversation around theme parks and the various accessibility issues surrounding them.

i thought rowan and zahra got together a little too early in the story, but of course he was going to have to grovel by the end 😂😂 i’ve heard they only get better so on to terms and conditions!
