"I want to see myself like she sees me. Because in her eyes, I don't feel like I'm a man carrying an entire mountain of expectations on my shoulders. I'm just Rowan, the kind of guy who sits on a floor in in a a pair of expensive slacks a eating takeout from a carton and loving every second of it."

"He makes me feel beautiful. Not the superficial kind either, but in a way that makes me proud of who I am. In a way that makes me think he cares about my soul first and foremost."

Ya quiero leer la segunda parte 🤗

The Fine Print is a lovely humorous but slow-burn love story of Zahra and Rowan sprinkled with small emotional moments. Rowan meets Zahra when he arrives in Dreamland with a challenge to upgrade the cherished and popular park. The story takes you on a journey through their petty war of words to them trusting each other and building an amazing proposal.

Things I liked:
If you love a boss-employee trope, this might be it for you. I liked Zahra's humour and the funny imagery of her antiques described by the author. The part where Rowan readily accepts his mistakes after futile attempts of denial. Great! 💕 There were many moments when my heart melted alongside the lead characters.

Things I wish were different:

- There are phrases in the story which are repetitive, like 'throw their head back and laugh', and 'he gave a small smile'. They have appeared so many times that I Iost count.
- I was expecting more moments describing the inner working of an amusement park. I am not saying there aren't any, there are a few. But most of the situations are generalized to the point that they could fit any business.

Conclusion:

It's an excellent fluff read. I might read it again for the funny imagery when I need a break from serious content.
Bonus points: The language of the story is not too difficult. Perfect for beginners.

I’m so in awe with Rowan and Zahra…. I love it.

The writing style was really nice and easy plus fast to read, with a great plot throughout.
Also the characters were amazing… except Declan Lancelot Kane, he was an a-hole.
