(I received an ARC for free via BookSirens in return for an honest review.)

4.5 stars rounded to 5 stars, for effort.

Why is this a novella?? Give me 200 more pages and you can take my money! Daria & Hartley deserve so much more of a story. A wedding, a honeymoon, a cheating scandal, something. I need more background on Katarina and Daria’s childhood. I need more!!

On the cover, I would have liked to see the two MCs look a bit different from each other. The two depicted on the cover art look too similarly besides a slightly different hairstyle. Mix it up a little.

Besides a few text errors, for what it is, this was honestly a great, quick, queer read to listen to while cooking dinner. The explicit scene didn’t hit the “too much” level and was relatively tolerable. All three MCs were likeable (even Katarina) in their purpose of the story.

Given the opportunity, I would LOVE to get my hands on the next adventures that await Daria and Hartley. Isabel Hansen, hit me up!

I really liked this novella. It had a sweet premise and was very well executed. Both Hartley and Daria seemed like well thought out characters, and their interactions with Katarina were believable. I am also glad that Isabel Hansen incorporated a healthy discussion on pronouns and the use of gender identities. This is not often discussed even within the 2SLGBTQ+ community and how misgendering someone can be corrected calmly and assuredly. Over all a nice quick read.

I got So Much More by Isobel Hansen from BookSirens for free for a fair and honest review.
Hartley always heard people refer to their lovers sweeping them off their feet, but they never expected it to happen quite like this. Mostly because they didn’t picture happening after being punched in the face. They definitely didn’t picture the girl who punched them to insist on driving them home… or to turn out to be their roommate’s sister.
So Much More is a short romance novella which I read in one sitting which is not something I normally do but this story was very easy to read and had me invested not only the narrator Hartley but the other two main protagonists in the book.
While this story is at the less spicey end of romance genre, this does not mean that there are no sex scenes in the story
What So Much More does have, however is a story that touches on a number of standard romance story lines, from the main character not looking for love along with trapped in a fixed location, to allow the romance to develop.
Along with the one thing that all good romances need a reason for it to not happen, in this case Hartley is falling in love with her roommate’s younger sister. With all that entails.
All this makes So Much More by Isobel Hansen, well worth reading.

This book was so wholesome and it was the perfect pick me up! The chemistry between Hartley and Daria was strong and I loved their meet-cute in the beginning. I really loved reading about the development of their relationship, it was fun to read and their relationship seemed natural even though the book was very paced. I do wish this book was a bit longer and at times I felt like some parts were a bit random but overall this book was super cute and I was so happy while reading it! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get out of a reading slump!
