He gave me the freedom to let go.
The echo of her laugh rang through the house and I willed the walls to absorb it. So that maybe a part of her would remain long after she was gone.
When people told the truth, they didnโt need to order you to trust them.

Unfortunately this was my least favorite book in the series. While I still enjoyed this book I felt it fell flatter than the others. I donโt love when the main characters donโt know each otherโs true identity so I think that hindered my enjoyment. Despite that I still couldnโt put the book down. After reading about Emmett in the previous 5 books, it was nice to dive into his head and get his POV. I absolutely would recommend that everyone check out this series!
