This book was a gift from a dear friend. It is a very quick read which allows it to be helpful when you need it most. It is inspirational, uplifting, and easy to consume when you need a boost. American themes, but you’ll get the gist of it.

I received this book on loan from a colleague and it is really worth the super quick read. You really don't think about how important your impact is on the world and this book definitely puts that into focus. Every little thing you do matters and will alter the lives of many future generations.

Definitely give it a read!

This would be a good book for a teenager or starting off to college student to read.

Nice, short inspirational book about the impact we each make just by being alive. It does make you consider the good you can do in the world.

I believe this may be one of the only books I’ve ever read that gave me goosebumps. One of the shortest, yet most compelling books I’ve ever had the privilege of reading. Everyone, and I mean everyone, should read it. It will make you hyper-aware of your daily actions and the long-lasting effects they may have on the conditions of the world around you.

I received a review copy of the book, The Butterfly Effect by Andy Andrews from Thomas Nelson. This book is considered a gift book and is a small and quick read. I found the story thought- provoking and interesting. Mr. Andrews starts with the hypothesis of Edward Lorenz. Mr. Lorenz created his hypothesis in 1963. The hypothesis, known as the butterfly effect, is basically that when a butterfly flaps his wings it sets molecules out into the wind which can create more wind and molecules to move.

Mr. Andrews uses an example from the Civil War to illustrate this hypothesis. I was read the example with great interest since I love that period of our history. The book leaves you thinking about the impact that you have on this earth both by your movements and statements that you make. I highly recommend this book to anyone who feels that what they do does not matter to anyone but themselves.

Very inspirational, made me think about my actions stronger and I wanted to know who’s life I’ve affected without knowing it. I do wish it talked more over the actual effect and how it came to be instead of repeating stories to demonstrate it. Demonstrations were lovely but I wanted something a little more. I do know people who should probably read this- I found it helpful. The pages and cover were so, so pretty, it made me want to grasp it every time I saw it. Lesson learned; every action means more than you think. Sometimes, just living can create an impact. You create impacts. You don’t have to be famous, rich, super smart, ect. Just live, you’re doing enough
