The writing was terrible, inconsistent, and the plot was barely there. It’s not enemies to lovers if they’re “enemies” for two minutes. Hated the male MC, girly should have RUN. I am convinced AI wrote most of this.

Set in Birch Lake Maine, after the death of an elderly friend, twenty-six year old Serafina Conte grieves the loss while processing the news that his grandson has arrived for the funeral.
Ford Sitwell is suspicious of Serafina’s relationship with his grandfather.
The two slowly develop a romance as they find common interest: book collecting and repair.
