Although exciting, this installment of the series felt wild and out of control in its storytelling. It felt disjointed. I feel like the relationships are pretty well developed, but the spice is definitely not as good as other why choose books I've read. I am looking forward to the final book on the series.

Read the book in a day!

I love this series. However there times that the descriptions were to wordy. It felt like a little much in this book which is not how the first 3 books were.

I missed hearing about their sisters as much as in the first books.

Loved learning more about Oscar in this book.

That ending. I can’t wait until the next book.

I gave this book series way too many chances. I wanted the actuality of these books to be as good as I knew the concept could be. It wasn't. The final straw was when she finally had an opportunity to put her big game of being "as fierce as the boys" into action and then fell flat on her face, having to be rescued making her nothing more than a liability. It's repetitive in language and it's bland. So many inconstencies like Vic being "always right" yet somehow managing to fuck things up with his decision making at every turn. Or how Cal is apparently is as scary as Oscar but looks and behaves like a ballerina cinnamon roll.

The only potentially good part of the  author's writing is that she has a real knack of making you think it's going to start getting good. It doesn't.
