I really wanted to like this book! I found Daphne relatable to my own life many times (although nothing bothers me more in plus sized fiction than when the person’s entire story line is about their weight.) However, I was very confused when this book switched genres half way through. At first I thought I would enjoy it but unfortunately I am not sure it was well thought out and executed.
