I just finished The Sad Ghost Club, my first venture into a comic/graphic novel. Even though it’s labeled as YA, I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. It’s a quick read, and I found it surprisingly sad—I related to the ghost in a way that reminded me of both my younger self and even how I sometimes feel now. I’m giving it 4/5 stars overall, with a personal 3/5 on emotional impact. If you’re looking for something different and heartfelt, this is definitely worth checking out!

This was a pretty cute and quick to read graphic novel about dealing with depression and anxiety. A ghost hypes themselves up to go to a party and meets someone else there that seems to have some things in common and so they strike up a conversation and maybe feel a little less alone.

Such a wonderful yet simple story, about introverts, social anxiety, depression, and just over all not necessarily fitting in.
The artwork is great, the story is quiet but warm and fits like a blanket, I've never seen myself represented so fully in a book! I'm not a massive party fan, I need time alone to recharge and this book fits that to a t.

This was sad but wholesome and dealt with mental health quite well I feel. I will definitely continue this series.
