Wow. This was the perfect end to the series. I loved loved loved it. I really want to know Cal's story though, and I hope it's already out there somewhere because he seems like a really interesting character.

Reread 04/2020: Oh man, I loved listening the audio to this series. Joel is such a fun narrator. I've come to know that Cal doesn't have his story out yet, but I hope Alice will write it some day because I'd love to read it.

I really enjoyed this. Lane has been through a lot recently and he's angry at the world. Felix has had a rough life but has fun attitude and he brings out Lane's playful side. They battle the bad guys together and fall in love along the way, it ended with a decent HFN ending so I'm not sure if 2 more books is warranted but I'll give it a go.

This book felt a little repetitive for me.
I loved all the Felix/Lane goodness and if Cal could at least get a novella I'd be happy because him and Greyson are just killing me.

After the second book, which I enjoyed, this book, while having the action and the romance between the two men, threw everything at you to end the series. Bored from the lack of action in their lives, Lane and Felix accept a job of stealing a watch from evidence at the police department. Although Lane works as a cop, it's a bit weird he's so willing to do so. But nothing goes to plan. There are a lot of action scenes in this book, along with secondary characters that take a way a bit from the relationship between Felix, who is as snarky as ever, and Lane. It's a good ending to the series and the humor was wonderful! I enjoyed getting to know Felix and Lane and see their relationship grow.
