DID NOT FINISH

hate surprise pregnancies bye

This was a good single parent romance. I liked the storyline and the chemistry between Noah and Jenna. What I didn’t really like was the title, it didn’t fit the book at all. But I did enjoy the story.

Oh my this book was disappointing. Taboo? No. Age gap? No. Scandal? No.
What we did get was an immature young 'woman' who whines about everything. Her family is mean to her, her designer business isn't going well, this guy tried to attack her out of freaking nowhere, someone broke into her house, this guy is hot, hey, he has a daughter who wants to decorate her room, hey, let's ask him to my sisters wedding and pretend to date, but then lets sleep with him and then act like we're in love but can't be together.
This whole book was a mess and the 'plot twists' did nothing for me.

An unlikely meeting brings a widower, his daughter and a designer together. This story is sweet, romantic, and intriguing. The chemistry between Noah and Jenna is instantaneous, but they find themselves fighting it for different reasons. An outside threat puts their lives in jeopardy forcing them to fight back in order to get their happily ever after. An enjoyable read!

DNF at 42%. Boring plot, boring characters.

This wasn’t bad. But I didn’t really like it. Decent spice- not as much as I thought there would be. Started out with a decent storyline, but too quick of a resolution. Like the beginning was too slow to compensate for the ending.

Also there wasn’t like any discussion in the book about their age gap. Which is surprising since it’s the main highlight in the description.

I liked the deaf representation.

Fairly quick read. I did finish it but I don’t think I’ll continue with the other books.

Complete story with HEA.

DID NOT FINISH

It wasn't bad, just other books crept up that kept my interest more.

Teddy and Madison have incredible chemistry and an amazing story. This has a mystery that has many twists and turns and is surrounded in danger. This is well written and has very likable characters. This story really captivated my attention from the very first chapter until the end. I like how the characters were written in such a way that you feel what they are feeling.

I am voluntarily leaving an unbiased, honest review.
