This book is a little bit of a stretch in my mind, while I correctly guessed whodunnit I felt like some of the details were a little far fetched. A cozy HP mystery.

Finally an Agatha Christie story where I got part of the whodunnit solved! Not the most interesting story, but the voice acting for the audiobook was awesome!!

It's actually incredibly easy to figure out who the murderer is in Hercule Poirot books, you just put him in a room with all the suspects and whoever he's most attracted to probably did it

Not much Halloween in Hallowe'en Party. This is probably my least favourite of her books so far, despite the fact that it features my guy Poirot. I feel like the books she wrote later in life just aren't for me - too much complaining about the youths (more power to her on that, but it doesn't make for a compelling read) and some lazy plots.

this book to me was too slow and the writing was confusing, maybe because it was written in the 1960’s but i didn’t enjoy it and imo the author made it too easy to figure out who killed joyce, i would have liked a little bit of mystery and confusion, instead i instantly knew who killed the little girl and i don’t like that.
