Loved the characters more than I expected to. I have to agree with the reviews I read that say the teasing between Sabine and Rhystrom was drawn out way too long though. Again, Cole followed the same old formula (with one deviation near the end that made me very happy) but my love for the characters one again kept me interesred. I was happy to see a little more charcter overlapping in this one because the other books tend to lack that. The books don't always read like a series because the characters tend to almost stand alone instead of connecting through the series minus a random mention of the comming war and the dropping of Nix's name. This and the last book though both were better at connecting the books as an actual series though. In all, it was a good read... I just really wish that Cole would break her mold and try something new.

Kiss of a Demon King. Rage Demon and a Sorceress.. doesn't get much hotter, unless you want to add in some mild D/s, lust, and the vampire Lothaire.

Ahh, this book reminded me why I love IAD series. This book has everything, strong powerful heroine, hero who is utterly devoted to her and fiercely possessive. Plot was intriguing and as all the books, a little bit of humor was added to make book impossible to put down.

I guess I have an unpopular opinion because for me this was good but not amazing!! I loved Sabine but was 50/50 with Rydstrom.
