There were certain bits that were pretty incredible but others that were a bit overdone. Overall, enjoyed but wouldn't really recommend.

I really enjoyed this book. It felt like Georgia from Angus Thongs and Perfect Snogging for adults. Dolly has a writing style that is so distinctively emotional (or dramatic),insightful and funny. I loved the depiction of being a woman figuring out what adulthood means, as it felt so true to mine and my friends experiences. This is a love story to friends who stick with you through the ugly parts of growing and evolving.

“The perfect man is kind, funny, and generous. He bends down to say hello to dogs and puts up shelves.”
