I read the original Twilight series years ago and finally got around to reading this book now. It was interesting seeing things from Edward's perspective, as well as learning more about the Cullens. However, it is a rather long book and since I've already read Twilight, I was familiar with a lot of the dialogue from Edward and Bella's shared scenes and I found myself skimming through those parts.

Overall, I'm glad that the author ended up finishing this book and I'm glad I finally read it to satisfy my curiosity.

The narrator's voice of the audiobook is so awful and annoying... I hoped to find something interesting in this book, but it is only full pages of dullness.
