This book contains very little information about hygge that you don't already know. There are lots of obvious tips like light candles, have friends and eat cake, which are repeated multiple times to add up to 300 pages.
Suffice to say, I didn't find this book to be particularly useful or educational. What it does do is sell the hygge aesthetic, but only middle-class, consumerism hygge. So if you're only looking for hygge vibes, you can't find a more beautiful book. The combination of little text per page, photographs and pretty graphics make it pleasing to look at; it's just a shame the content is so bland.
