BOOK: 'The Longest Night'

PLOT: In the second installment of the Killing Heart series, we start with an ambassador and his family, later you learn some dirty details about the ambassador and it makes you feel less bad for him. The ambassador's son Charlie tells his parents that there's someone in their house Killing security. Charlie's mom sadly loses her life. We then focus on a woman named Candice who works for the sheriff in an administrative position. Through a course of events, Jeffrey, yes, the same Jeffrey from book 1, comes into the police station and releases carnage! Candice has to survive the night as she fights ghouls, and has to learn to trust Jeffrey. There is a surprise twist that will leave you screaming "what the actual fuck!" Will Candice survive, or will she lose her life?
