Mr Wuffles!

A wonderful pictures-only book that invites readers to reimagine the story with every read. My son and I particularly delighted in my husband’s versions of Mr Wuffles! A fun “read” that helps children use their imaginations and start crafting their own narratives.

Imaginative and creative take on the cat's perspective.

Mr. Wuffles ignores his cat toys. Aliens think that they are safe, when he walks past their ship. However, their talking attracts him and their ship is damaged. They venture out and find unexpected allies.

This is really a young graphic novel and can not be read quickly. I missed so much when I skimmed through it.

My nearly three year old grandson is OBSESSED with this book. We read it about 3X a day. He plays out the aliens escaping in his sandbox. It is freaking adorable.

Love the cat, love the aliens, even love the ants!

Adorable! Though I didn't so much "read" this as savour the wonderful illustrations as there's no text.

Wonderful illustrations and reader must use the visual to figure out the story.

Mr. Wuffles. Is. The. Best.

I managed to not know what this book was about; only the cover that said it was pretty obviously a cat story. So that was a treat. The nearly-wordless story takes some work to unravel, but is worth the effort.
