The last book in the Inheritance series, I've really enjoyed this series. Strong PG rating for violence, but other than that the books are pretty clean.

NGL the third book wasn't the strongest so I had less hope for this one but actually I really liked it. Angela the Herbalist is still my favorite and needed more "screen time" in my opinion and Nasuada really jumped in my esteem.
Not sure if this is a spoiler given he's on the cover but green dragon is all kinds of fun. Would have liked more time with him too. Ah well, hope to see them in the next one!

I really enjoyed this series and am sad to see them end.
I really liked this book and I think it was a very appropriate ending to the Inheritance Cycle. It was great to see Paolini's writing style mature over the years and I think that some of the weaknesses displayed in his earlier novels were wrapped up and compensated for rather well in this one.
Does anyone else think Angela is the Soothsayer?
I think there were some places where an obvious direction was not taken and I was glad to see it. The book ended in many ways how I would have wanted it to end and I am glad I got the chance to read the whole series in one go so I could see how this book compared to the others.
I also really like what it was that finally vanquished Galbatorix. I think more books need to have an ending like that.
