'My Master Has No Tail' is a really cute manga about a tanuki that wants to trick humans but is having trouble doing so. As she searches for a way to trick humans, she discovers rakugo and decides she wants to become a rakugo master. To do so, she has to convince the rakugo master Bunko that she would be a worthy apprentice.
This manga has a really cute premise that is matched by its fast paced storytelling. The art is both beautiful and cute, which matches with Mameda as the main character. The story does have some more serious elements that come up toward the end of this volume and that show a much deeper side to the story. This was a lot of fun and I can't wait to read more.
