Cliffhanger but Part 2 is out!

I have only lightly dabbled in omega verse books and figured it was about time that I took the plunge.

The "runaway" part of the title kind of explains how this story starts and instead of leading up to this point, the author starts with the running and fills in more of the details as part of the back story. Whether it comes in flashbacks or the small details she tells the new Alphas in her life.

I really enjoyed this and will be reading the next part soon. It was an easy read as you can feel where the plot is leading and doesn't really drag on. There is a lot of care and consideration for the MFC that obviously takes a little time to work through.
As for the heat, I was feeling it just as much as Demi. I quickly understood that you can get away with a lot in the omega verse simply because she is "made" for them.

So, I have a love/hate relationship with these two-part books. Sometimes, I love them and am just super obsessed with them, but they crash and burn for me other times. This one worked for me. I loved how this one was set up; it was very addicting. Plus, the sequel was already out, so I could instantly go into the next one, and it was so good! This one does end with a cliffhanger, and honestly, I enjoyed this one more than the sequel.
