Another very enjoyable thriller from JP Delaney - we get kicked into high gear almost immediately, as Miles turns up at Pete's door to say "our kids were swapped in the hospital, you have our son, we have yours, let's be amicable about this bro". Chaos slowly ensues, as you might imagine, and Delaney does a very good job of continually ratcheting up the tension at a steady pace. Good stuff!

I enjoyed the plot of the story and was excited to see where it went. It just kind of drug out for me. Only one character is like able and I didn’t love him. I listened to the audio of this book. I didn’t love the narration and I can’t tell you exactly why. I’m trying to pinpoint it. Maybe the accents just weren’t from me.

4/5. A slow burn of a thriller that converts to almost breakneck speed halfway through, then concludes with a cushy ending. I still enjoyed the journey, but it felt a little rough at times.
