Great intro! Hooked from the first chapter, but the pacing really slowed down in the middle with the explanation of the demons. The ending did leave something to be desired.

High school buddies discover what happens when a body-hopping "demon" comes through. A demon huntress arrives on the scene to destroy it.
Some of the characterizations had moments of clarity, but the pacing was a bit uneven and some of the plot turns were heavy-handed. Where the author slows down and follows the emotions, it's much better.
