Una historia sencilla con un significado tan profundo, hubiera querido que se explorara más en tantas situaciones, asuntos y personajes, pero aún así, a mí me dio gusto leerla y meditar por largo después de terminarla.

A horrifying prospect, a world of no books, reading, or critical media consumption. Bradbury does an excellent job of getting across very clearly how this world came to be, and the reader can easily draw parallels to our world today, even if Bradbury was writing before social media.
The struggles that Montag faces with going against everything he’s been told and everything expected of him come across strongly and sympathetically, particularly the challenges in his relationship with his wife.
The ending is a mix of tragedy and hope, an understanding that the world as it was had to be destroyed to be rebuilt, but that the journey could still not be guaranteed or easy.

The book does not detail into specific era/environment, but the message in the book remain relevant even after all these years. It makes one think about the quality of human interaction, the influence of media in day-to-day life and the decline in reading books are influenced by television and social media.
A book everyone should read and ponder over.

During Fahrenheit 51 we follow Montag and his journey from fireman (setting fire to books to minimise the population's education and revolt against society) to revolutionary free-thinker, putting his own life and others around him's lives at risk.

As you read, you understand Montag's feelings of stress and uncertainty, feeling deeply involved in the story.

A well deserving classic! The dystopia described in the book is becoming more and more accurate with each proceeding day. Its haunting and beautiful!
However, I wasn't a huge fan of how much of a manic pixie dream girl the girl in the beginning is. Inspiring Guy to change his perception of the world, only to die off. But other than that,
What an amazing read!
