Loved this book (thanks for the recommendation, E!). Combination story of a boy’s love for music, how his grandmother was such a positive influence, mystery about the violin’s disappearance and the looming international competition. Great read.

Ray’s $10 million violin gets stolen months before a huge competition

Rounded to 3.5 stars. I really liked Ray’s story, not only as a musician but as a human on this planet. I figured out who the thief was about 1/2 way through but I didn’t mind.
